Water (per unit rates for residential use): 
1 UNIT = 100 CUBIC FEET = 748 GALLONS
1-10 units of water used - $2.23 per unit
11+ units - $4.01 per unit
 

*Plus Residential Water Service Charge (depending on your meter size):
5/8" x 3/4" meter size - $25.49 per month
3/4" meter size - $27.51 per month
1" meter size - $35.26 per month
 

*Plus Residential Wastewater Service Charge
$45.55 per month

*FIXED MONTHLY CHARGES: ZERO WATER USAGE WILL STILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM BILL OF:

• $71.04 for a 5/8 x 3/4 meter
• $73.06 for a 3/4" meter
• $80.81 for a 1" meter​
