Vandenberg Village Community Services District provides water and wastewater services to the residents of Vandenberg Village.

1. Verify that we provide service to your address. 
2. Complete the Opening Order form. 
3. Mail or drop off the form at 3745 Constellation Road with a check for $170.55. To pay by credit card, go to https://allpaid.com/plc/a005L9 and submit a payment for $170.55. Type your last name into the Customer ID field. 

If you are mailing the completed form and your start date is less than seven days from the day mailed, please call (805) 733-2475 so that we can make sure that your service is started on time.

A $125.00 deposit is held for two years or until you leave the District and will be automatically credited to your account at that time. In lieu of a deposit, we will gladly accept a letter of credit from another utility company that shows two years of good credit history. The deposit may also be waived if you have had prior service with VVCSD. The deposit is also waived for active duty or recently separated military. The Sewer Service Charge is billed one month in advance so your first bill from us will reflect the prorated amount for your first month plus the charge for all of the next month. Therefore, it will be higher than your normal bill. To offset this, we ask that this charge be paid in advance. This advance payment is credited on your first bill.
