Richard Gonzales has been a resident of Vandenberg Village since 1985. Leaving Active Duty at Vandenberg Air Force Base, his career continued in the Fire Service with Ventura County Fire Department and as a Fire Instructor with Allan Hancock College. Rich is educated through the College of the Air Force, Southern Illinois University and a graduate of the National Advance Fire and Resource Institute as a Fire Behavior Analyst.

After retiring from the Fire Service, his passion remained with providing loyal public service to our wonderful community. Rich is devoted to delivering the highest quality of service with accountability and integrity to our residents within Vandenberg Village.
